Bruce has successfully beat Clinical Depression and Obesity. He has completed 5 Ironman Triathlons (3.8km swim, 180km bike, 42 km run) each in a Personal Best Time and has been an Internationally Sponsored Athlete since 2002. In April 2003 Bruce gave an address "LIVE BETTER EACH DAY" at the
World Adventure Therapy Conference in Victoria British Columbia Canada and in October 2003 at the World Ironman Championships In Kona Hawaii U.S.A.
